Randall has led Denali Commercial Mortgage as CEO since its founding in 2012, capping more than four decades in commercial banking and lending. Before Denali he served as Chief Credit Officer at Home Town National Bank, Albina Community Bank, and Town Center Bank, where he was responsible for credit policy, loan approval, ALLL administration, and mortgage banking supervision.
A Past President of the North Clackamas County Chamber of Commerce, Randall is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School and Portland State University, where he earned his BBA in Finance. Today he consults on the firm's largest and hardest-to-place business loan cases, putting four decades of lender relationships behind the deals others call impossible.

Eric joined Denali after a successful career at American Family Insurance, where he developed a client-first approach to complex financial decisions. He now applies that same discipline to commercial real estate financing.
He specializes in restaurants, hotels, and hard-to-place commercial properties, working directly with borrowers to package their deals and match them with the right bank, credit union, or private lender from Denali's extensive network.

Kali represents the next generation of commercial finance at Denali, working in credit and strategic planning with an emphasis on understanding the story behind each transaction, not simply the numbers on a page.
Her focus areas include commercial real estate, business lending, borrower financial analysis, cash-flow fundamentals, loan structure, and credit risk, with a natural interest in master planning and the bigger picture behind commercial projects. Her goal is to pair traditional relationship-based lending with the analytical tools available to the next generation of commercial finance professionals.

Levi brings an unconventional perspective to commercial lending, shaped by his study of financial markets, risk management, and technology. As a Commercial Loan Officer and emerging Credit Officer, his work centers on one question: how can risk be identified, measured, and managed intelligently?
His focus areas include borrower analysis, commercial real estate, business cash flow, debt-service capacity, collateral, leverage, loan structure, and overall credit risk. His goal is to combine character, cash flow, collateral, and disciplined underwriting with better technology and faster analysis.
