Our Heritage
A family firm, four decades in the making
Denali's team brings more than 40 years of combined commercial banking and lending experience. Founder Randall Greco began his career at US Bank and spent the following decades inside commercial lending, learning firsthand how banks say yes — and why they say no.
In 2012 he founded Denali Commercial Mortgage to put that experience on the borrower's side of the table: a consultancy for the business owners and investors whose loans simply do not fit conventional underwriting.
Today the firm spans three generations of the Greco family. Randall consults on the largest and hardest-to-place business loan cases, Eric leads client work as President & Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer, and Kali and Levi carry the next generation forward as Sr. Credit Analysts and Commercial Loan Officers.
